EBAY question…..?

Does this look like it would be a good buy.

When buying on ebay, ALWAYS look for the following things:

1) SELLER’S FEEDBACK – in this case he’s got 99.5% positive feedback. That’s as good as 100% for me.
2) SELLER’S REPUTATION – he’s a PowerSeller. Notice the PowerSeller symbols next to sellers’ names as they are a sign of some of ebay’s most trustworthy, honest and consistent sellers.
3) DO TITLE AND DESCRIPTION MATCH? – sellers can mislead buyers with the ’small print’ at the end of the item description. This description looks fairly legit.
4) WARRANTY – you’ve got a 14 day warranty here.
5) SHIPPING POLICIES – you can see he’ll only ship to PayPal CONFIRMED addresses. This shows he’s honest as many people buy and provide unconfirmed delivery addresses and end up filing disputes against the seller when they don’t receive their item.
6) OTHER ITEMS BEING/BEEN SOLD – if it’s something like the latest phone or a PS3, etc check to see if the seller’s sold any similar items before and what feedback he got for them so you know he’s consistent and not just selling this item as a scam.
