Is it possible to install Android OS on an iPod Touch 3rd gen and Windows 7 running computer?

I want to install Android on my iPod Touch 3rd gen. I heard it will not work but I want to really know. All the files I found are for Mac or Linux. I do have a partitioned hackintosh on my computer and am willing to use that. Is it possible to install Android on a 3rd gen iPod Touch with a computer running Windows 7?
